의사-환자의 대화행위 구조 분석 = The Structure of the Doctor-patient-communication

The contribution deals with the interactive structure of doctor-patient-communication. After a shortdiscussion about the relevance of doctor-patient-communication within the public health policy, an outlineis given on the medical and linguistic research on doctor-patient-communication in Germany. Basic featuresof conversations and the conversation analytic methodology are presented then. Conversation analyses ofdoctor-patient-communication reveal five main interactive components which are discussed in detail. Finally,some considerations concerning implementation of linguistic research in medical practice are discussed.
