      These results were analyzed aerobic capacity power and blood lactate concentration of before and after exercise with Rhythmic Sportive Gymnastic Player. These were measured respiratory gas analysis blood lactate concentration by gradual increment treadmill exercise test to all out with rhythmic sportive gymnastics players (n = 7) and general female collegians (n = 8)in S-university. The results are summerized as follows:
      1. The V˙ O_2max. ㎖/㎏ of rhythmic sportive gymnastics players appeared 51.98 ± 2.3 ㎖/㎏, according to gradual increment treadmill exercise method. But in case of general female collegians, the Vo max was calcurated 42.74 ± 3.11 ㎖/㎏. Two groups showed significant difference statistically(P<.001).
      2. Anaerobic threshold levels showed that rhythmic sportive gymnastics players remained 34.83 ± 1.24 ㎖/㎏ and general female collegians were measured 29.41 ± 2.02㎖/㎏. Two groups appeared significant difference statistically(P<.001).
      3. The maximum of blood lactate concentration showed that rhythmic sportive gymnastics players were calibrated 9.08 ± 2.19 mmoles/ ℓ and general female collegians were measured 8.05 ± 1.05 mmoles/ ℓ. Two groups seem to be different statistically(P<.05).
      4. The blood lactate concentration recovery rate in 15-minute rest after achieving gradual increment treadmill exercise method to all out showed rhythmic sportive gymnastics players recovered faster than general female collegians did, as 37.14% and 23.44% respectively. Two groups appeared significant difference statistically(P<.001).
      According to these results, the critical contents in the time of training of rhythmic sportive gymnastics players are the exercise should be at the state which maximum blood lactate concentration accumulated over 9 mmoles and in addition, if we should study abreast with the field of anaerobic power afterwards, we would present lost of matterials for the future.
