한글 고소설자료 DB화의 현황과 과제 = The Present Condition and Task on Database of Hangeul Materials of Classical Novel

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the present condition and task on database[DB] of Hangeul materials of classical novel. Today, normal DB on Hangeul classical novel not exist. But in the future, to make normal DB, we have to examine existing system. And we have to examine that it was compose of certain structure and system. To achieve this purpose, we examined to four institution systems. They are Jangseogak Royal Archives, KRpia, Digital Hangeul Museum, National Library of Korea. And we showed pictures on each feature.
The next, we examined study on Pansori DB. Meanwhile, the materials of the Pansori text was made to electronic documentary widely. And a annotation books and Pansori dictionary, Pansori CD was made based on the materials. Besides various structure and system was designed for future Pansori DB. We showed them into many pictures. Last, we presented task for database of Hangeul materials of classical novel. To make DB on Hangeul classical novel, it is need many basic conditions such as collected data, good researcher, mony. To satisfy this many basic conditions, the union between National Hangeul Museum and the Society of the Korean Classical Novel is very important.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고에서는 한글 고소설자료 데이터베이스(DB)화의 현황과 과제를 개략적으로 살펴보았다. 현재 고소설의 경우 본격적인 의미의 DB는 없다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 제대로 된 DB를 만들기 위해서는 비록 기초적인 단계의 시스템일지라도, 그 시스템이 어떤 구조와 체계로 이루어져 있는지를 구체적으로 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 그래서 본고에서는 ‘왕실도서관장서각디지털 아카이브’, ‘한국의 지식콘텐츠’, ‘디지털한글박물관’, ‘국립중앙도서관’ 등 네 기관의 고소설자료 정보 제공 시스템을 살펴보고 각각의 특징을 제시하였다. 다음으로 판소리작품 DB화와 관련된 두 사례를 살펴보았다. DB를 구축하기 위해서는 광대한 자료 파일이 필요한데, 판소리작품의 경우 비교적 많은 양의 전산 자료가 구비되어 있다. 그리고 그것을 이용해서 교주본, 판소리사전, 판소리DB 설계, 판소리CD 등의 성과물을 제출한 바 있고, 향후 판소리 DB를 구축하기 위해 요구되는 구조와 체계에 대해서도 다각도로 모색되었는데, 그 주요 성과를 제시하여 확인할 수 있도록 했다. 마지막으로 고소설자료 DB화의 과제를 간략히 제시해 보았다. 고소설은 질량의 면에서 큰 부피를 지닌 것이기 때문에, 자료 확보, 연구인력, 재정 등의 측면에서 만만치 않은 기반이 필요하다. 그렇기 때문에 의미 있는 DB를 구축하기 위해서는 한글박물관과 같은 국가기관과 연구 인력의 집결체인 한국고소설학회 간의 협업이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 본다.
