시민사회와 국가/시장의 관계 분석: 김대중/노무현 정부의 방송정책갈등을 중심으로 = The Relationship of Civil Society and State/Market: Focused on Broadcasting Policy Conflict in Kim/Ro Government

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the relationship of civil society and state/market. for this purpose, Broadcasting Reform Commission activity(1999), DTV transmission method(2000-2003), anti-activity of the satellite broadcasting/ satellite DMB retransmission(2002-now) and representative person`s out-house director in commercial broadcasting, SBS (2003)cases are selected. the analyzing tool is adversarial, adhesion(corporatism), complementary, supplementary model. the result of analysis is adhesion(corporatism) or complementary model in the relationship of civil society and state/market. In this process, there is partial conflict, usually consensus or solidarity between state and market. and also, civil society supports trade union and legitimatize state and market.
