문화예술교육사 제도에 관한 전문가 인식 연구 = A Study on the Professionals` Perceptions of Arts & Culture Education Instructor System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of arts & culture education instructor system is to boost performance of professionals in arts & culture education at the scene and to improve the instructors` job stabilization. But we need to consider of its effectiveness in this regard; first, teaching artist is dominated in the license of arts & culture education instructor system although they belong to teaching artist system already; Second, the newly announced system is consisted of exactly same ten genre (Korean traditional music, drama, design, photograph, dance, crafts, movies, cartoons & animations, music and art) of teaching artist system. Using questionnaire and FGI, the researchers examined following; 1) professionals` awareness about the effectiveness of systems for arts & culture education instructor, 2) opinions on the reform recommendations on current ten qualification subject of arts & culture education instructor system. As a result, negative comments about the current system were presented in the basis of 1) confusion about two systems on the spot, 2) saturation of expertise personnel, 3) and budget shortfall. In addition, it was suggested that; 1) re-arrangement of qualification subject reflected changes and demand of the times, 2) partially segmentalized qualification subject, 3) and necessity of new introduction of the subject, Still, there is strong advantages of growth of job opportunities and stabilization for arts majors because they can enter in the field of both teaching artist and arts & culture education instructor based on the arts & culture education instructor system. In the further, people need to consider of gradual integration of two systems, improvement of qualification subject, and investigation of expertise of arts & culture education instructor.
