탈숙련화의 문제와 구성주의적 철학수업의 실천 = The Problem of Deskilling and the Practice of Constructivist Philosophy Class

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인공지능 시대에 재차 요구되는 문해력, 사고력을 계발하기 위해서는 역설적으로 인공지능 기술로부터 벗어나 교육현장에서 학습자가 자기주도성에 기반한 숙련의 과정을 겪어야 한다. 이런 맥락에서 학습자의 자율성과 관계성을 근간으로 학습 지식을 주체적으로 구조화하는 구성주의적 학습이론에 주목할 필요가 있다. 지혜학교의 인문반 철학수업은 한국 철학교육의 여러 시도 중 하나로서, 인문반 철학수업은 매주 철학자의 글을 꼼꼼하게 읽고(철학강독), 읽은 내용에 대해 스스로 토론 질문을 던진 뒤에(철학연습), 토론한 결과를 자신의 글로 정리하는(철학적 글쓰기) 순환적인 구조를 지닌다. 이러한 지혜학교의 철학수업이 지니는 구성주의적 요소들은 이른바 인공지능 시대에 나타나는 ‘탈숙련의 문제’를 극복하는 미래교육의 참조점 중 하나로서 의미를 지닐 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to cultivate literacy and critical thinking capacities that are increasingly demanded in the age of artificial intelligence-learners must, paradoxically, step away from AI technologies and undergo processes of skill acquisition grounded in self-directed learning within the educational setting. In this context, it is crucial to draw attention to constructivist learning theory, which emphasizes learners' autonomy and relationality as the basis for actively structuring knowledge. The philosophy classes in the Humanities Track at Sophia School in Gwangju, as one of the diverse experiments in philosophy education in Korea, are structured in a cyclical manner: carefully reading philosophical texts each week (Philosophical Reading), formulating discussion questions based on the reading (Philosophical Practice), and finally consolidating the outcomes of discussion through one's own writing (Philosophical Writing). The constructivist elements embodied in these philosophy classes can serve as a meaningful point of reference for future education that seeks to overcome the so-called “problem of deskilling” emerging in the age of artificial intelligence.
