The purpose of this study is to search for directions and tasks of youth environmental ethics education in connection with the crisis of natural environment. This study is a link with the content formation of youth environment theory. The comprehension on the natural environment in the theory of youth environment consists of six parts : component parts of natural environment, their reciprocal relations, balance & harmony of ecosystems, environmental crisis due to breaking down balance & harmony, new environmental ethics which copes with crisis, and environmental ethics education. This study focuses on the environmental ethics education which is main part in the theory of youth environment. New environmental ethics which is called for today`s human beings is ① the united thought between human beings and nature, ② that human beings have equal position with other components of nature, ③ and that ultimate good and welfare of all components are to contribute to the integrations, stabilities and beauties of nature environment as the whole. These recognitions are holistic environmental ethics which is to cope with today`s environmental crisis. Realization of holistic environmental ethics is depend on the environmental policies, environmental movements and environmental ethics education. It conclude to education in the end. It is one of the most important reasons why the theory of youth environment is the essential part of youth science which has the cultivation of youth moral abilities as academic goals that it is involved in studying new ethics.
