청소년 아르바이트 및 부당 노동 실태 추이 분석 = The analysis of the transition about the adolescents' part-time job and the labor actual condition

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study analyzed the transition about the adolescents' part-time job and the labor actual condition in using of Korea Youth Panel Survey that was executed about the target of the adolescents, the middle school second year in the hole country from 2003 to 2008.
The actual condition of participation in the middle school third year showed a little a decrease trend but it was increasing continually and was increased in a large degree in the university first year. The adolescents experienced mostly the once propensity of part-time jobs like the dropping of the leaflets and the percentage of the part-time job was most raised in a snack food bar, a chinese restaurant and a cafe, etc.
The reward of a time was increased continually but the percentage of the adolescents who couldn't receive the lowest pay of a time in every year was increased. It showed that the adolescents is faced to the unjust labor actuality.
The students who has many part-time job experiences was low the satisfaction of the life than the student who has little part-time job experiences. Also the one-third of the adolescents who did the part-time job experienced the unjust labor.
Therefore the related organization's completed administration about the legal minimum wage system, the improvement of the labor's environment, and the recognition about the unjust labor actuality should be done.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 전국의 중학교 2학년 청소년들을 대상으로 2003년부터 2008년까지 실시한 패널 조사를 활용하여 청소년 아르바이트 및 부당 노동 실태 추이를 분석하였다.
아르바이트 참여 실태와 관련하여 중 3때 약간의 감소 추세를 보였으나, 이후 지속적 중가 추세를 보이다 대학교 1학년 때에는 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 청소년들이 가장 많이 경험하는 아르바이트 유형은 전단지 돌리기와 같은 일회성 아르바이트였으며, 분식점 및 중국집, 카페 같은 곳에서의 서빙 비율이 높았다.
시간당 보수와 관련해서는 지속적으로 상승하였으나 해마다 최저 시급마저 받지 못한 청소년들의 비율도 상당해 청소년들이 부당 노동현실에 직면하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
아르바이트 경험이 있는 학생들은 없는 학생들에 비해 현재 생활만족도가 낮았다. 또한 아르바이트를 경험하고 있는 약 1/3 가량의 청소년들이 부당 노동을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
따라서 최저 임금제 실시, 아르바이트 환경의 개선, 청소년 근로 조건에 대한 관련 기관들의 철저한 관리․감독, 부당 노동에 대한 대처 방법 교육 등을 실시할 필요성이 있다.
