      The purpose of this study was to present the application plan of Koguryo History as Tourism Goods. To achieve the purpose of this study, theoretical study was used.<BR>  Koguryo is an old kingdom of present Koreans in North and South Korea. Koguryo"s heritage must be preserved and protected.<BR>  We also have to increase the number of lectures in universities that concentrate on Koguryo"s history. This is because there is only a single center in Korea that does research on Koguryo, This issue cannot be solved diplomatically.<BR>  The government has to invest money into the study of Koguryo history.
