Solitary cutaneous reticulohistiocytoma(SCR) is characterized by a solitary reddish nodule or papule confined to the skin without evidence of arthritis or underlying systemic illness. We describe here two women patients with SCR who presented with an asymptomatic, firm, dome-shaped papule on the left upper chest and an erythematous oozing macule on the right second index finger tip, respectively. There was no evidence of systemic involvement. The lesions were completely excised and no evidence of recurrence was observed. (Korean J Dermatol 2000;38(5):681~683)
