공동양육 조모의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인 간 관련성 탐색 = An exploration of the relationship among variables affecting the psychological well-being of day-care grandmothers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유치원에 다니는 손자녀의 주양육자 역할을 낮시간 동안 담당하는 공동양육 조모 125명을 대상으로 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 주는 요인 간의 관련성을 구조방정식 모형을 통해 탐색하고자 하였다. 조모의 심리적 안녕감을 예측할 수 있는 변인들로서 양육스트레스, 사회적 지지, 선택․최적화․보상(SOC) 전략, 그리고 조부모로서의 의미(GM)가 사용되었으며, 모형은 좋은 적합도를 나타냈다. 조부모로서의 의미를 제외한 모든 변인들은 조모의 심리적 안녕감과의 유의한 경로지수를 나타냈으며, 사회적 지지와 조부모로서의 의미는 양육스트레스를 매개하여 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. SOC전략은 양육스트레스와의 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 공동양육 조모의 심리적 안녕감을 예측하는 요인들을 하나의 통합적인 모형으로 검증한 결과, 특히 사회적 지지와 조부모로서의 의미는 조모의 양육스트레스를 줄여주는 보호요인이라는 점이 시사되었다. 위의 결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
