This study aims to research changes and characteristics in Seoul citizens' cultural activity patterns following the end of social distancing measures imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, it examines factors influencing the frequency and cost of both online and offline cultural activities, as well as satisfaction with cultural activities. Key findings are as follows: First, higher household income was associated with increased frequency of offline cultural activities, while online activity frequency decreased. Second, the overall frequency of both online and offline cultural activities showed an proportional relationship.
Third, higher expenditure on cultural activities correlated with greater satisfaction with the cost. In summary, it is likely that different income groups employ distinct strategies regarding cultural activities and products, forming different meanings for them.
