중국 기업법체계에서 기업의 유형과 특징에 관한 小考 = Introduction on styles and characteristic of enterprise in Chinese legal system

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper makes an analysis on styles and characteristics of enterprise in Chinese Legal system, and especially give careful consideration to a mercantile company in aspect of most representative style of enterprise.
An enterprise is one of most important economic system in market economy. In China there are many kinds of enterprise style which could not be seen in any other country, and because of these variety Chinese Enterprise Legal system has been seen so complicated. Definitely this distinct situation in China made it happen that the structure of liabilities which an individual enterprise should bear is very complicated and various.
This paper says that Chinese enterprise style is moving from ownership system to limited liability system of a joint-stock corporation, and especially that the government of China cheers up conversion of national enterprise or any other particular ones to a joint-stock corporation with support of Law.
