스타일리시(Stylish)의 언어이미지와 색채이미지에 관한 연구 -인구통계학적 특성을 중심으로- = A Study on the Verbal Image and Color Image of Stylish -focused on the Demographic Characteristics-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explains the special character of `style` and `stylish`, surveys and analyzes verbal image and color image through term of `stylish.` The region of this survey is restricted to seoul and capital region where rapidly change of values and lifestyle in many way, to people who had been taught about art education, and aged between 20~40 adult, male and female. The first survey is for finding out verbal image of `stylish`. Also it`s search tool is IRI adjective image scale which is used in interrelation study in design field such as trend analysis and color scheme and so on. The next survey is restricted in only color category for getting visual image of `stylish` among space. As a result, the verbal image of `stylish` is a intuitional feeling made of individuality, brilliant, chic, sensitive, modern, progressive, and graceful. Also this verbal image has no differences between sex difference and age gap. Male recognized soft and dynamic `light` scheme as a `stylish` and female did hard, and static `modern` scheme as one. In the chrome-value part, there are many differences between sex and age gap, such as male prefer low chrome, low intensity as `stylish` whereas female prefer midium chrome, midium intensity. In age categories, 20s chose chrome, 30s did midium chrome, and 40s did low on. In space style color scheme, all recognised minimal style as the best `stylish` style. This study could be a great foundation for proving of color image of `stylish` in a space. Also, this study should direction to new design in design marketing field, or `stylish` space styling in space design field from one.
