회복환경지각이 회복경험 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

자연환경 기반 여가 및 관광활동은 현대인들의 스트레스 완화 및 정서적 안정을 도모함과 더불어 개인의 삶의 만족도 향상에도 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자연자원 기반 국립공원 탐방객을 대상으로 회복환경지각이 회복경험 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 연구의 분석결과, 탐방객의 회복환경지각이 회복경험에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 탐방객의 회복경험과 삶의 만족도 사이에 긍정적인 관련성을 확인하였다. 그리고, 탐방객의 회복환경지각이 회복경험 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 구조적인 영향관계를 확인하였다. 향후 연구에서는 방문객 인터뷰 및 관찰 등 정성적 접근방법을 통한 종단적 연구가 요구되며, 연구의 한계점을 개선한 탐방객 회복경험과 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구결과는 휴양 및 관광분야 내 힐링 및 웰빙 등 이슈들을 보다 심도 깊게 이해하는 데 좋은 자료를 제공할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Leisure or tourism activities based on natural resources can help individuals decrease daily stresses and improve their quality of life. The aim of this study was to examine the relationships among visitors’ perceived restorativeness and life satisfaction through recovery experiences. The results of this study indicated that there was significant relationships between visitors’ perceived restorativeness and recovery experiences. Recovery experiences had a significant impact on visitors’ life satisfaction. Additionally, there was a positive structural relationships among perceived restorativeness, recovery experiences, and life satisfaction. Future research can use longitudinal approaches as well as qualitative methods.
