구성주의와 해체주의 공간조형과의 연계성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Connection between Constructivism and Deconstructivism Architectural Spaces

Abstract art and Russian constructivism, which emerged in the early 1900s, had a profound impact on the history ofwestern art and architecture. Its influence continues to this day and is expected to continue in the future. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the influence of Malevich's suprematism, which was a trend in abstract art expression in the 20th century,and Russian constructivism, which developed under its influence, on modern deconstructive space design. The research methodis, first, to reveal the influence of Malevich's suprematism on the formation process of Russian constructivism through his worksand previous research, and second, to analyze how it is connected to modern deconstruction architecture. Through this thesis,it was shown that Malevich developed the limitations of absolutist painting into suprematism and formed constructivist spacedesign. The characteristics of constructivist architectural spaces are connected to the irregular and directional expression andatypical formative characteristics of deconstructivist architectural theory, and the characteristics of constructivist architecturalspaces were clearly evident in the architecture of Rem Koolhaas, Bernard Tschumi, Zaha Hadid, and Frank Gehry. As a resultof this research, it was confirmed that the art and design styles that emerged historically along with social change and led thechanges of the century bring about a visual expansion of the spatial design principles of the present era and can serve as acreative stepping stone toward the future.
