아동정책 전달체계의 구조와 한계 = A Study for Implementing System of Child Policy

This study has attempted to seek a way to formulate a child policy, which meets the children`s needs, and to develop the delivery system of child policy by analysing the current delivery system of child policy and especially by focusing on administrative organization. The administrative organizations and services for children in central government and local governments have been dealt. For the collection of information regarding the systems and services of child policy, the Web-site of the relevant organizations, government official reports, and the literature on this subject have been consulted. On the basis of information obtained, theoretical implications for implementing child policy have been suggested: that is, needs for establishing an exclusively responsible department for children, consolidating the coordinating roles of committee for child policy, and founding a special organization in charge of monitoring child policy.
