포트폴리오 평가에 대한 사립 유치원 관리자들의 인식 = Awareness of Kindergarten Administrator Teacher about Portfolio Assessment

The Purpose of this study was to examine Kindergarten administrator's awareness about portfolio assessment and electronic portfolio.
For attaining the purpose, the following research questions were : First, What's the Kindergarten administrator's awareness about portfolio assessment? Second, What's the Kindergarten administrator's awareness about portfolio assessment practice of teacher? Third, What's the Kindergarten administrator's awareness about electronic portfolio?
The subjects in this study were 115 private Kindergarten administrator.
The finding of this study were as follow: First, administrator investigated were positively aware of portfolio assessment. Second, administrator investigated were positively aware of teacher's portfolio assessment practice. But administrator's awareness of teacher's portfolio assessment practice were lower than oneself's awareness. Third, administrator investigated were positively aware of electronic portfolio.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육기관 운영에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 관리자들(원장, 원감)이 포트폴리오 평가에 대해 어떻게 인식하고, 교사들이 어떻게 수행하고 있다고 인식하는지 그리고 포트폴리오 수행의 단점을 보완해 줄 수 있는 전자 포트폴리오에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 사립유치원 원장, 원감 115명이다.
설문조사 결과, 첫째 유치원 관리자들은 포트폴리오에 대해 바람직하게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째 유치원 관리자들이 인식하는 교사들의 포트폴리오 수행은 자신들의 인식에 비해 다소 낮기는 하나 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 유치원 관리자들은 포트폴리오의 단점을 보완해 줄 수 있는 전자 포트폴리오에 대해 긍정적으로 받아들이고 있으며, 앞으로 실시할 계획 또한 있는 것으로 나타났다.
