대인커뮤니케이션이 학생성취도에 미치는 영향 연구

This research explores the effect of communication between professor and student on accomplishment of student through survey. Though the study on communication and accomplishment of teacher and student of junior and senior high school was carried out comparatively lively, It is difficult to find studies on the communication effect between professor and university student. For this research, 96 university students was surveyed and the data of survey was analysed through ANOVA of spss+12.0 to find out the cause and effect relation between communication and accomplishment of student. This research found out that those students who communicate more actively with professors received more scholarship than those who communicate less actively with professors. It also found out that the communication between professor and student does not effect on students` grade.
