청소년의 학습탄력성요인이 학습적응과 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향 = The Effects on the Factors of Scholar Resilience for Social Competence of Adolescents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at positive analysis of the effects on scholar resilience and social competence of adolescents. Based on the documents and by examining the preceding researches on scholar resilience and social competence of adolescents; scholar adaptation and social competence are set as variables. It is assumed that scholar resilience of adolescents factors - such as stress, perceive ability, communication, peer groups, and social support - have influence on scholar adaptation and social competence.
In a positive analysis , it demonstrates a demographical data analysis on the research objects and the suitability on the research model and carries the hypothesis test through a structural equation model. The result of the research shows peer stress and teacher stress have significant influence on communication, peer groups, and social support. It is proved that perceive ability, communication, and social support influence on scholar adaptation and scholar adaptation on social competence.
The research suggests the ways be considered to improve adolescents' scholar resilience and social competence.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 학습탄력성에 대한 요인이 학습적응과 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 청소년의 학습탄력성에 관한 문헌과 선행연구 검토를 근거로 학습탄력성요인과 학습적응 및 사회적 유능감을 변수로 설정하였다.
실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 청소년의 학습 탄력적 요인들이 학습적응에 미치는 인과관계를 검증하였으며, 학습적응이 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하였다.
연구결과 친구스트레스는 의사소통, 교우관계, 사회적 지지에 유의미한 영향력이 나타났고, 교사스트레스는 인지능력, 의사소통, 교우관계, 사회적 지지에 모두 유의미한 영향력이 나타났으며, 부모스트레스는 의사소통에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사스트레스는 학습적응에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 인지능력, 의사소통, 사회적 지지는 학습적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 학습적응은 사회적 유능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다.
연구의 시사점으로 청소년의 학습탄력성을 통해 학습적응과 사회적 유능감을 고취시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
