부모와의 자아분화로 또래 집단압력을 극복한 청소년가족상담 사례연구 = A Case Study on family counselling that overcome peer pressure through Self-Differentiation with parent

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is the family counselling case that overcome school maladjustment and establishment self-identity through Self-Differentiation with mother in the counseling approaches for adolescents.
The purpose of this study is looking into the relation of peer pressure and Self-Differentiation through the preceding study and proving that the young people can overcome peer pressure, and establishment self-identity through case analyses.
The results of the study showed that most of young people who are maladjusted young people in school by peer pressure formed self-identity and overcame peer pressure and showed a positive change in school through Self-Differentiation with mother.
This study suggests professionals who help young people to overcome peer pressure and form self-identity.
Especially, this study will become, if utilized, as a meaningful data to emphasize to necessity of family counselling accompanied by parents in young people counselling.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년기에 또래가 미치는 영향이 지대하나 부모와의 자아분화를 통하여 이를 극복하고 자아정체감을 확립 할 수 있다는 확신을 갖고 시작한 가족상담 사례이다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구들을 통하여 청소년의 또래 집단압력의 관계와 자아분화를 살펴보고 사례분석을 통하여 청소년들이 또래압력을 극복하고 자아정체감을 확립 할 수 있음을 증명하기 위함이다.
연구의 결괴는 또래 집단의 압력으로 인해 학교부적응을 보이던 청소년이 어머니와의 자아분화를 통하여 자아정체감을 형성하고 또래의 압력을 극복하고 학교생활에 임하는 긍정적인 변화를 보였다.
따라서 현재 청소년들 중 소극적인 청소년들이 또래의 집단압력을 극복하고 자아정체감을 형성하도록 도움을 주는 전문가들에게 시사하는 바가 크다고 하겠다. 특히 청소년 상담에 있어서 부모를 동반한 가족상담의 필요성을 강조하는 의미 있는 자료로서 활용 될 것이다.
