부모간 폭력 목격 청소년의 아르바이트 경험과 학교폭력가해행동간의 관계 = A Study on the Adolescents' Part-Time Work Experience , Marital Violence Witnessing of Adolescence, and School Violence : Moderating Effect of Parent-Child Interaction.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the effect of youth's part time work experience to their aggressive behavior at school and it tries to define moderating effect of parent-child interaction. For this study, a survey was conducted of 1,140 adolescents from the third year in middle school to the second year in high school within Seoul and Kyung-gy provinces. 25.5% of the respondents reported that they had at least one job during the last 1-year period. Adolescents' part time work experience turned out to have effect on violence behavior in school. Adolescents who had working-experience were more prone to have higher school violence rates than adolescent groups who did not have any work experience. And, in the marital violence witnessing-experienced adolescences, the parent-child interaction had moderating effect within the relationship of adolescents' part-time work experience and school violence. Based on the research results, we should strengthen our legal system and control on illegitimate employment. To reduce the adolescents' school violence, programmes for improving parent-child interaction should be developed and provided. Additionally, it is necessary to minimize negative effects of adolescent employment by removing harmful factors of labor environment.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모간폭력 목격 청소년을 중심으로 아르바이트 경험이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이 영향을 완충시킬 수 있는 변수로서 부모와의 상호작용을 선택하여 그 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 중․고등학교에 재학 중인 중학교 3학년에서 고등학교 2학년까지의 남녀 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전체 응답자 중 어떠한 형태로든 지난 1년간 아르바이트에 참여한 청소년은 25.5%였다. 이 중 부모간폭력 목격 경험이 있는 청소년은 그렇지 않은 청소년에 비해 학교폭력가해행동을 더 많이 행사하며 아르바이트의 부정적인 경험은 이를 더 강화시키는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 부모와의 긍정적인 상호작용이 있는 청소년의 경우 아르바이트를 통하여 부정적인 영향을 받게 되더라도 이를 조절함으로써 학교폭력을 행사할 가능성이 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년 아르바이트에 개입하기 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.
