전문대학 피부미용교육에 따른 학생 만족도 연구 -피부미용전공 여대생 중심으로- = A Study on the Satisfaction Level of the College Students with regard to the Skin Beauty Education - Focus on the female students studying the skin beauty -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the satisfaction of the female college students studying the skin beauty in the regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi region, Chungcheong region, Gyeongsang region, and Daejeon region on the professors, educational environment, curriculum, and the overall satisfaction level with regard to the beauty art education.
Based on the analysis on the overall satisfaction level of the respondents, it was found that the respondents were quite satisfied and the satisfaction on skill changes as well as the intention for recommendation showed a level above standard. Gyeonggi region showed the lowest rate in such overall satisfaction level, whereas Gyeongsang region relatively showed the highest rate.
As a result of the analysis on the satisfaction level with regard to the curriculum of the skin beauty education, the satisfaction level was quite positive. Particularly, the satisfaction level on the diversity of the courses was the highest and the overall satisfaction level on the curriculum differed as per each region. Similar to the overall satisfaction level pattern, the satisfaction level in Gyeonggi region was the lowest, whereas the satisfaction level in Gyeongsang region was relatively the highest.
As a result of the analysis on the satisfaction level with regard to the materials being held in the lab as one of the education environments of the skin beauty course, the overall satisfaction was normal which is a bit lower than the rate regarding the curriculum. With the specific categories such as the volume of the materials being held in the lab as well as the quantity and size of the lab, the satisfaction level was considerably high. The overall satisfaction rate on the materials being held in the lab differed as per each region and Gyeonggi region showed the lowest rate again while the Gyeongsang region showed the highest rate again.
As a result of the analysis on the satisfaction level with regard to the beauty products as one of the education environments of the skin beauty education, the overall satisfaction level was normal and this rate was relatively low in comparison to the satisfaction level with regard to the curriculum and the materials being held in the lab. Looking at the specific categories of the satisfaction level, the satisfaction on the volume of the beauty products was relatively high. The overall satisfaction level differed as per each region and Seoul scored the least while Gyeongsang region scored the most.
As a result of the analysis on the satisfaction level with regard to the professors for the skin beauty education, the overall satisfaction level was somewhat okay and this rate came out to be the highest in comparison to the curriculum and the educational environment. the integrity of the professors scored the most out of the specific categories. the overall satisfaction level on the professors differed as per each region and Gyeonggi region scored the least, whereas the Gyeongsang region relatively scored the most.
Lastly, as a result of measuring the impact of the satisfaction per each phase of the skin beauty education is having on the overall satisfaction level, the satisfaction level on the professors was found out to be the greatest factor influencing the overall satisfaction the most. In accordance, it ca be stated that the increase in the satisfaction on the professors is most likely to have impact in increasing the overall satisfaction level

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 대상은 서울지역, 경기지역, 충청지역, 경상지역, 대전지역의 전문대학 피부미용전공 여대생을 대상으로 피부미용교육에 대한 전반적 만족도 및 교과과정, 교육환경, 교수진에 대한 만족도 수준을 파악하였다.
연구 대상자의 피부미용교육에 대한 전반적 만족도 수준에 대해 분석한 결과, 어느 정도 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 변화된 실력에 대한 만족도, 추천 의향도 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 이러한 전반적 만족도 수준은 경기지역의 만족도는 가장 낮은 반면 경상지역의 만족도는 타 지역대비 가장 높은 수준으로 분석되었다.
피부미용교육 교과과정에 대한 만족도 수준에 대해 분석한 결과, 피부미용교육 교과과정에 대해 전반적으로 어느 정도 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 전공과목 다양성에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 교과과정 전반적 만족도는 지역별로 차이를 보였으며, 전반적 만족도와 마찬가지로 경기지역의 만족도는 가장 낮은 반면 경상지역의 만족도는 타 지역대비 가장 높은 수준으로 분석되었다.
피부미용교육 교육환경 중 실습실 기자재에 대한 만족도 수준에 대해 분석한 결과, 피부미용교육 실습실 기자재에 대한 전반적 만족도는 교과과정보다 낮은 보통수준으로 나타났다. 세부항목 중 실습실 기자재 보유량과 실습실의 수 및 규모에 대한 만족도는 어느 정도 높은 것으로 나타났고, 실습실 기자재 전반적 만족도는 지역별로 차이를 보였으며, 마찬가지로 경기지역의 만족도는 가장 낮은 반면 경상지역의 만족도는 타 지역대비 가장 높은 수준으로 분석되었다.
피부미용교육 교육환경 중 미용제품에 대한 만족도 수준에 대해 분석한 결과, 피부미용교육 미용제품에 대한 전반적 만족도는 보통 수준이며, 교과과정 및 실습실 기자재에 대한 만족도 대비 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 세부항목별 만족도 수준을 살펴보면, 미용제품 보유량 만족도는 상대적으로 다소 높았으며, 미용제품 전반적 만족도는 지역별로 차이를 보였으며, 서울지역의 만족도는 가장 낮은 반면 경상지
역의 만족도는 타 지역대비 가장 높은 수준으로 분석되었다.
피부미용교육 교수진에 대한 만족도 수준에 대해 분석한 결과, 피부미용교육 교수진에 대한 전반적 만족도는 약간 만족하는 수준이며, 교과과정, 교육환경에 비해서 가장 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 세부항목 중 교수 성실에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 교수진 전반적 만족도는 지역별로 차이를 보였으며, 경기지역의 만족도는 가장 낮은 반면 경상지역의 만족도는 타 지역대비 가장 높은 수준으로 분석되었다.
마지막으로 피부미용교육 차원별 만족도가 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 파악한 결과, 교수진에 대한 만족도가 전반적 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 피부미용교육에 대한 전반적 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 교수진에 대한 만족도 향상이 가장 큰 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 해석할 수 있다.
