성 학대 피해 아동에 대한 임상 사례 연구 = Sexually Abused Child Case Study

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Child sexual abuse has a long history. There is a high incidents of child sexual abuse in Korea today. This study illustrates intervention procedures for a 5 years old who had been sexually abused by her biological father. Crisis intervention and case management techniques were used initially with the child and family. During the course of treatment, play therapy and family therapy were used, and case management techniques were continued. The child manifested posttraumatic stress disorder, nightmares, and several incidences of hallucination. As a result of therapy, the post traumatic stress disorder were reduced, the nightmares lessened, and hallucinations did not continue.
