戰爭水準에 附合된 作戰術의 發展方向 硏究 = (A) study on the development of operational art corresponding to the level of war

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The future war will developed in a way of humanitarian human centered war phase. Therefore, there would be a tendency to accomplish military strategy objectives by minimizing victims where operational art will play an important role.
On this thesis suggested a development plan on the basis of documents such as precedent of operational level, ages and countries of art of war, and theory of operational art in related with evaluation of conditions for operational art that underestimated since people have been recognized operational art is only limited to art of military strategic field.
Before study on Evaluation of conditions development plan for operational art, it needed to review environmental evaluation related words as to using appropriate new words at operational level. By using the word of "conditions" in this thesis that means a given factor as a start point for things coming into being or producing, it has been determined to use the word of "evaluation of conditions" in contrast to the meaning of environmental evaluation of military strategy and situational evaluation of tactics.
The next, evaluation of conditions factor for operational art corresponds to operational level has been analyzed and derived from all the sources of applied theory of operational art to Soviet through Iraq war since it began to recognize spectrum of operational art in military art system, and representative precedent and military ideology and philosophy at operational level written in ages and countries of art of war after Napoleonic war.
The evaluation of conditions factor for operational art are six factors. Above all, commonly suggested four factors by Ground Forces Basic Doctrine(Draft) and Joint Operations manual.
First, terrain, weather and area of operation related matters.
Second, enemy related matters on the basis of sufficient study.
Third, relative to enemy, friendly forces related matters
Fourth, high technology weapon, equipment, automatic system, updated military doctrine and the way of waging war related future tendency.
Followings are two factors newly suggested in this thesis.
Fifth, overcoming battle field environment and satisfying human factors such as specific military tradition, firm philosophy about war concept, and creative war implementation procedure.
Sixth, having advantageous time related matters over relatively friend or foe.
Thus, it is significant putting a meaning by operational art phase that placing a specific field in military art system as they are added additionally human factor and time related matters that derived and analyzed from various sides of evaluation of conditions factor for operational art at operational level.
But, it has to be verified whether the suggested evaluation of conditions factor for operational art is standard factor that can be applied to present and future warfare, or it can be satisfied with the factor. And it is needed to study and develop detailed evaluation program to apply in a practical operational art plan even if the factor is proper to evaluation of conditions factor for operational art.
