The purpose of this study is to Investigate the effect of job stress on burnout and job satisfaction and turnover Intention for Hotel employee. The data obtained from the hotel employee, 355 questionaires. This results obtained were summarized as follow; First, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload in job stress is influenced positively by burnout. Second, conflict, role ambiguity, role overload in job stress is influenced negatively by job satisfaction and positively by turnover intention. Third, burnout is influenced negatively by job satisfaction and positively by turnover intention. The result of study will be helpful for the Hotel industries which haven need to establish the marketing stratigies.
