장애아 보육시설에서의 치료 서비스 운영 지원을 위한 실태조사 = A Study on the Related Services for Children with Special Needs in the Specialized and Inclusive Child-Care Centers in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라는 장애아를 위한 보육 서비스의 중요성을 인식하여서 1996년 1월부터 장애아 국고보조 보육시설 50개소를 신 증축하고 장애아 20명 이상의 장애아 전담 시설에는 장애 유형에 따라서 필요한 치료사를 지원하고 있다. 장애아가 보육 환경에서 적절하게 조기 중재를 받기 위해서는 우선 수혜의 대상을 늘리는 양적인 확충도 중요하지만 질적인 측면의 확보가 절실하다. 이에 조기 중재프로그램 중의 하나로 시행되고 있는 치료서비스의 운영 및 실태를 알아보기 위해서 장애아 보육 규모와 16개 시도의 지역적인 요인을 고려해서 장애 전담 보육시설 50개소와 통합 보육시설 50개소에 언어치료를 포함한 치료 서비스에 관한 운영 및 실태조사를 시설장, 교사, 부모를 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 주요 설문 내용은 치료사 배치 현황,치료사 자격증 소지 정도, 치료 서비스의 제공 형태, 보육교사들과의 협력 정도, 치료사의 주요 역할 등으로 조사 결과를 기초로 하여서 치료서비스 현황, 치료 제공형태, 미래 치료서비스 계획에 대한 결과를 분석한 후 한국의 보육시설에서의 장애아를 위한 치료사의 자격 및 근무조건과 치료의 형태에 대한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To survey the current conditions concerned with related service for children with special needs in child-care center, the comprehensive data of the specialized and inclusive child-care centers were collected. By analyzing these data, this study was intended to suggest the future direction of related services for children with special needs. 105 teachers and 146 parents in specialized child-care centers for children with special need sand 55 teacher sand 70 parents in integrated child-care centers responded this survey. The areas of survey were on basic informations of main role of therapists, the numbers of the therapists who have a license, the types of the related service delivery, and collaboration with the teachers in child-care centers. Suggestions on the service for children with special needs in child-care center are given on the basis of the survey results. It is remarkable that study on the related service of child-care center programs for children with special needs were done first in Korean with no guide line for related service for children with special needs.
