친사회적 행동 증진활동에 따른 유아의 정서지능과 친사회적 도덕추론 = The Effects of Prosocial Behavior Improvement Program on Children's Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Moral Reasoning

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 친사회적 행동 증진활동에의 참여가 유아의 정서지능과 친사회적 도덕추론에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 유아의 성에 따른 차이를 규명하고, 정서지능과 친사회적 도덕추론간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 실험 집단의 경우, 전체 정서지능과 정서 인식과 표현, 정서에 의한 사고 촉진, 정서지식의 활용, 정서의 반영적 조절 등 정서지능의 각 하위 영역이 통제 집단에 비해 유의하게 향상되었고, 정서지능에서의 성차는 여아의 정서의 반영적 조절 점수가 남아에 비해 더 많이 상승했고, 유아의 친사회적 도덕추론 능력은 유의한 차이가 나타냈으며, 정서지능과 친사회적 도덕추론간 상관 관계는 전체 정서지능 및 정서지능의 하위 요인 모두 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 특히 양자간의 상관계수는 사후 검사에서 더 높게 나타났다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of prosocial behavior improvement program on children's emotional intelligence and prosocial moral reasoning
The subjects were 22 5-year-old children H(M: 11, F: 11), in public kindergarten of and 20 5-year-old children D(M: 10, F: 10) in public kindergarten of elementary school in Chonju City, Chung-buk area. Children were divided into two groups. One was experimental group in which children were exposed to prosocial behavior improvement program, and the other was control group. To assess the difference in children's emotional intelligence and prosocial moral reasoning between the experimental and control groups, phi coefficient person corelation and Mann-Whitney test of non-parametric statistics were used.
The results of this study were as follows.
First, the children with exposure to behavior improvement program got higher scores in emotional intelligence than their counterparts.
Second, within experimental group, girls scored higher in reflective regulation of emotion than boys.
Third, the children with treatment got higher scores in prosocial moral reasoning than their counterparts.
Fourth, a signficant positive correlation was found between the children's emotional intelligence and the prosocial moral reasoning.
The results of this study indicate that prosocial behavior improvement program has positive effect on the improvement of children's emotional intelligence and prosocial moral reasoning. There findings can be used for developing prosocial behavior improvement program in education at field.
