경찰공무원의 스트레스 유발요인과 관리방안 = A Study on the Police Official's Stress Induced Factors and Management Measures

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경찰공무원의 스트레스는 다양한 차원에서 악영향을 초래한다. 개인적 차원에서 스트레스는 경찰공무원의 가정생활 및 기타 사회적 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있고, 조직적 차원에서는 조직의 구성원으로서 경찰관의 스트레스가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직성과 등에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 뿐만 아니라 궁극적으로는 치안서비스를 제공받는 일반국민에게도 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 적절한 관리와 대처가 필요하다.
이 연구에서는 경찰공무원들의 스트레스로 인한 개인 및 직무상의영향을 살펴보고, 유발요인을 심층적으로 검토해보고자 한다. 특히 유발요인에 대한 국내 연구자들의 연구 동향 파악을 바탕으로 경찰업무를 통해 발생하는 사회적 위험요인과 신체적 위험요인 등 스트레스 유발요인을 정리해보고자 한다.
아울러 이러한 스트레스 요인들을 감소시키기 위한 관리방안을 의료모델과 조직보건 모델에 기초하여 검토해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In particular, causing factors for domestic researchers of the study based on trends. Police work that result as social risk factors and physical risk factors and stress triggers to sum it up.
These stress factors, as well as reducing the administrative measures for the medical model and organizational health model is already based on.
