The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of hotel organizational culture type on employee resilience and organizational performance and to verify the mediating effect of resilience. An online self-written questionnaire was conducted for hotel employees in the metropolitan area, and a total of 224 copies were used for the final analysis using SPSS 25.0. As a result, relationship-oriented and innovation-oriented organizational culture had a significant positive effect on resilience, while hierarchical and task-oriented organizational culture did not. In the analysis of organizational performance, relationship-oriented, innovation-oriented, and hierarchical-oriented organizational culture had a significant effect, whereas task-oriented organizational culture had no significant effect. Additionally, resilience showed a partial mediating effect between relationship-oriented and innovation-oriented organizational culture and organizational performance, while no mediating effect was found in hierarchical and task-oriented organizational culture.
