학급의 사회성 측정법(sociometry) 진단을 통해 거부된 아동들의 교우관계 개선 방안 탐색 = Friendship improvement method search on rejected children's of sociometric rating in Classroom

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초등학교는 한 인간의 사회성 및 인격 형성의 결정적 시기로서 아동이 자신이 속한 집단 사회에서 어느 정도 인정되고 수용되느냐의 문제는 사회적 발달, 정서적 및 지적 활동에도 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에 담임교사로서 학급 내의 교우관계를 파악하는 것은 필수적이다. 이에 사회성 측정법(sociometry)을 통해 학급 내의 친구들로부터 거부된 아동들을 파악하여 교우관계 개선을 위해 면담과 참여관찰법, 질문지법을 통해 교우관계의 실태와 개선 방안을 탐색하였다. 연구기간은 2005년 3월부터 7월까지 5개월에 걸쳐 대구광역시 소재 하늘초등학교에서 1학년 아동을 대상으로 현지 연구를 실시하여, 교우관계 개선을 위한 프로그램을 구안하여 적용하였다. 사회성 측정법(sociometry)을 활용하여 교우관계 개선 프로그램을 적용한 결과 자신과 다른 사람들에 대한 이해도가 높아져 교우관계가 개선되었고, 자신에 대해 자부심을 갖게 된 것을 대화와 일기를 통해 알 수 있었다. 따라서 사회성 측정법(sodometry)을 활용한 교우관계 개선프로그램의 적용은 교육적으로 의의가 크다고 할 수 있겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to search for friendship improvement of rejected children's which begin life of school first time. The instruments used sociometric rating for friendship grasp.
It used research method that an interview, participated observation, questionnaire method of diverse strategy for friendships improvement method search. The research duration from March 2005 extended in July 2005 and the subjects were 36, the first grade Ha-Nul elementary school children's in Daegu city. It was applied friendship improvement program of field research.
The main conclusions from the study are as follows:
First, Friendship improvement program of sociometric measure is effective in improving the peer relations of elementary school children's.
Second, sociometric measure affect more understand different people know.
Discussions based on the conclusions and suggestions for future research were presented.
