Infestation of Clonorchis sinensis Metacercaria from Fresh-water Fish in River Wichon = 慶北 義城郡 渭川에서 採集한 淡水魚의 肝吸蟲 被襄幼蟲의 寄生狀

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1991年 5月부터 同年 9月까지 慶北 義城郡 渭川에서 淡水魚를 投網, 사발모지 等으로 採集하여 魚種別 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲의 寄生狀을 調査하였다.
渭川에서 採集된 14種의 淡水魚 中 6種의 淡水魚에서 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲을 同定하였다. 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲의 寄生率은 누치(Hemibarbus labeo) 81.1%, 물개(Gnathopogon atromaculatus) 73.3%, 참붕어(Pseudorasbora parva) 66.7%, 큰납지리(Acanthorhodeus taenianalis) 38.9%의 順으로 나타났다.
寄生程度는 참붕어에서 63.0個로 가장 높았고 물개와 돌고기는 各各 10.3個와 16.7個였으며 큰납지리와 누치는 10個 未滿으로 多少 낮게 나타났다.
以上의 成績으로 미루어 보아 慶北 義城郡 渭川은 肝吸蟲의 甚한 浸潤地였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Fresh-water fish collected in the river Wichon, in Kyungpook Province, Korea were examined for the presence of the metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis from May to September in 1991.
A total of fourteen species of fish were collected, six of which were infested with the metacercaria of C. sinensis.
The infestation rates for the cyst were higher in Hemibarbus labeo 100%, Microphysogobio koreensis 81.1% and Pungtungia herzi 100% than Acanthorhodeus taenianalis 38.9%, Gnathopogm atromaculatus 73.7% and Pseudorasbora parva 66.7%.
The intensity of infestation with the cyst in the six species of fish except for P. parva was low. The average number of cysts per gram of flesh varied from 2.0 to 16.7. While it was high, 63.0 in P. parva.
The results indicate that six kinds of fish collected in the river Wichon are a source of infection of human clonorchiasis.
