국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성숙기에 접어드는 국내 도시농업의 질적 향상과 공동주택단지 내 도시농업의 효율적 도입을 목적으로 계획 지표 및 대상지를 선정하고 대상지에 적합한 계획안을 제시함으로써, 도시농업의 도입을 통한 지역 환경 개선방안을 모색한다. 연구의 방법으로 첫째, 국내·외 선행 연구 및 문헌고찰을 통해 도시·건축·조경·농업 분야에서 나타나는 도시농업의 동향 변화와 계획 특징을 분석한 후 이를 유형화하여 계획연구에 적합한 지표를 도출하였다. 둘째, 도시농업 운영 및 지원현황 등을 분석하여 서울시 공동주택단지 중 1개 단지를 선정함으로써 지표의 도입을 통한 계획연구의 기틀을 마련하였으며, 대상지의 일조, 일사조건 등의 단지 내 환경 분석과 주민선호도 설문을 종합하여 단지 내 유휴지 중 도시농업 도입과 적용이 가능한 개소를 체계적으로 확보하였다. 마지막으로, 유휴지의 토심, 일조 및 지원현황에 적합한 작물을 도출한 후 적정 재배면적 산정 및 계획안을 제시하였으며 계획연구의 실현을 위한 운영 및 지원체계를 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to improve the urban circumstances and to boost the quality of domestic urban agriculture by exploring ways to introduce and implement urban agriculture in multi-family housing complexes. First, the paper analyzes the current status of urban agriculture via a literature review, which identifies features of urban, structural, landscaping and agricultural terms suitable for the project and develops an index fit for the research. The second part examines the management and state support for a multi-family apartment complex in Seoul. By factoring in the various circumstances of the building complex, including the natural environment and residents" preferences, the paper identifies plots within the complex for the project. Lastly, the research reveals suitable crops and ways to create spaces and proposes methods for managing the project in the proposed site.
