집단 회상치료가 시설거주 치매노인의 사회적 상호작용과 문제행동에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Group Reminiscence Program on Social Interaction and Behavioral Problems in the Resident Elderly With Dementia

Purpose: In this study, the treatment of severe dementia elderly care in the hospital and nursing home admission conducted by the group reminiscence therapy a positive affect on social interaction, and behavior problems were investigated, Methods: 1bis study, 20 elderly people with dementia were divided into experimental and control groups. Social interaction skills were evaluated using the Social Behavior Scale(SBS), behav?ioral problems were evaluated using the Memory & Behavior Problem Checklist(MBPC) using was assessed before and after the Intervention. Intervention results was descriptive statistics and t-test, Results: SBS and MBPC scores was compared with intervention before and after the subjects results in the control group was no significant change, but statistically significant changes in the ex?perimental group, Conclusion: According to the results of this study, resident in severe dementia in the elderly group remi?niscence therapy program when applied to the improvement of social interaction and behav?ioral problems easing the effect was confirmed
