The adsorption of amine radical compound on granular activated Carbon (GAC) were studied in the pH range from 3 to 10. The adsorption ability of GAC for acridine in amine radical compound were most effective about 95% at pH 10. Surface diffusivity and pore diffusivity of acridine in amines radical compound by HMN method were ??, ??, respectively and consequently surface diffusion resistance was greater than pore diffusion resistance. Therefore, it was found that surface diffusion was a controlling step for adsorption rate. In freundlich istherm equation the parameter β's are less then 0.5. So the wastewater containing these adsorbates can be treated by activated carbon.
