SQA is a activity(process) which shows a evidences of whether the developer(software engineer) and user in the software quality control funtions properly perform. Now, SQA puts emphasis on developing process.
Software reliability is one of the quality characteristics, but it accompanies a lots of study themes and theses which compare and analyze Korea-Japan company cases in this field.
We add that this study is only a draft for more profound studies about a detailed software reliability theorem.
