자기희생적 리더십 동향 탐색 및 효과증진을 위한 방안 모색: 비정형 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 = Exploring Trends in Self-Sacrificial Leadership and Finding Ways to Improve Effectiveness: Using Atypical Big Data Analysis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the global economic recession, the Korean economy is also suffering from inflation amid low growth. In this dark business environment, job performance based on the voluntary dedication and participation of organizational members is required. To create this atmosphere, the importance of the role of leaders and the use of leadership is emerging. This study explored the current status and trends in self-sacrificial leadership, focusing on atypical big data extracted from social media concerning self-sacrifice leadership that the leader's sacrifice and initiative can represent. It was also conducted to find ways to enhance the effectiveness of self-sacrifice leadership in the future. The final 60 keywords were selected from a total of 5,058 keywords highly related to self-sacrifice leadership on social media. The collection period was limited to the last five years, from July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2022. As a result, keywords highly related to self-sacrificial leadership were person, self, organization, leader, important, column, thought, education, servant, future, communication, relationship, interest, member, self, news, etc. Second, through CONCOR analysis, five major groups, two Surrounding groups, and a total of seven groups were formed.
