한국군의 합동작전기획체계 발전방안 = Ways to develop Joint Operation Planning of the ROK Armed Forces

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to makes suggestions for development regarding the establishment of Joint Operation Planning and Execution System(JOPES) and doctrine development for Joint Operation Planning(JOP) in order to strengthen the jointness of the ROK Armed Forces and to prepare for the transfer of wartime OPCON. First of all, is the prompt establishment of the regulations of the JOPES. And then, the structures of the Joint Planning and Execution Community, the Combined Interagency Coordination Group and information-process system should be set up. Also efforts for the doctrine development of joint operation planning and check-up on national defense reformation are required.
