      This research was performed at Kyonggi university to find the pedagogical effects of venture creation class on the entrepreneurship of the business and engineering students. The results of this study show that the education of venture creation is effective in motivating students to create new business and to change their majors to venture creation. The students majoring in both business and engineering are more eager to study more classes related to new venture creation after taking venture creation class although it has been relatively easier than other majors for them to get a job. However, there is no difference in confidence of creating new business between venture creation taking students and non-takers. Although most of korean university students have been interested in creating new venture since asian financial crisis took place in 1997, many korean people don't regard venture creation education as important for successful new venture creation. Thus, the students who did not take the class of venture creation and management could be confident of creating new business as same as students who took the class. In addition the students who took the class could be more considerate for creating new business than non-takers because they are educated that new venture creation is to take risk and not easy to succeed.
