The purpose of this study was to explore the inquiry of family business child care center middle manager’s revealed identity through the process of professionalism. For this purpose, data were collected through seven times in-depth interviews and three times drawing self- portraits. The data were collected from May 2015 to December 2016. Results of this study reveal three kinds of identity for family business child care center middle manager’s: ‘curious but passive attitude about early childhood education’, ‘obtain constant professionalism through self-development’, ‘righteous management based on one’s own educational philosophy and professionalism. It is not only just being sucked into scene of scene, but also not learned by imitating what their parents did. The family business child care center middle managers have firmly established their educational identity as a teacher, based on previously conducted education what their parents boss did.
