      The purpose of this study was to analyze stakeholders perceptions about corporate training results using the concept mapping. The major conclusions of this study were as follows. First, 76 training evaluation results were divided into 6 clusters such as learning motivation, personal ability, change management skill, organization comprehension, teamwork, and operating capability. Second, teamwork cluster was the most significant from stakeholders’ perception, on the contrary to this, organization comprehension cluster was the lowest. Third, the correlation coefficient between trainer and trainee was the highest in operating capability cluster, but lowest in organization comprehension cluster. Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations were suggested for future research. First, we divided all stakeholders into two groups with regarding to time and space restraints, however stakeholders can be divided diversely based on gender, department, and so forth. Therefore, it is necessary for researchers to consider a variety of criterions in order to make results more proper. Second, researcher's decision has had significant effects on the process of concept mapping, especially the steps for multidimensional scaling, and cluster analysis. Therefore, concept mapping process should be more developed and validated for academicians and practicians to use it practically.
