스마트 혈당계를 위한 분산서비스용 프로토콜

국문 초록 (Abstract)

혈당계는 대사성 만성질환을 관리하기 위해 필요하다. 혈당계는 측정된 혈당 값을 단순하게 보여준다. 혈압이 높거나 혈당 값이 높다면 만성질환에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 환자나 일반인이 보다 정확한 당뇨질환의 위험수준을 인지하려면 여러 가지 정보가 필요하다. 고혈압이나 비만 그리고 당뇨는 상호 유기적인 관계가 있으므로 서로의 상관관계에 따라 질병의 정도가 다르다. 따라서 체중, 혈압, 병력은 물론 부모의 병력까지도 고려되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 당뇨질환의 위험도를 환자나 사용자가 보다 정확히 인지할 수 있도록 복합적인 사항을 고려하는 지능형 당뇨계를 위한 분산처리 프로토콜을 제시하였다. 향후 사물인터넷의 발전과 더불어 물리적 센서와 복합적으로 연계된 가상센서를 활용한 기법이 연구될 것으로 기대되므로 본 연구에서 제시한 프로토콜은 보다 효용적 가치를 갖을 수 있을 것이다 판단한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Glucose meter is required for self-management of the metabolic chronic diseases. Glucose meter shows simply the measured blood glucose value. If the patient has value of high blood pressure or high blood glucose value, they should pay attention to chronic disease. The patients or individual need some various data to recognize the level of diabetes, properly. the recognition for the level of diabetes considers districtly since hypertension, obesity and diabetes have relationship each other. Thus, weight, blood pressure, medical history should be taken into account as well as even the disease history of the parent. This paper proposed a protocol for intelligent distributed virtual diabetes to consider the corelation between choronic disease for patients or users to be more precise. The proposed protocol will be useful in the healthcare service as IoT is developed to the technology using virtual software sensor connected to physical sensors such as weighing scale, glucose meter, blood pressure meter.
