간호대학생의 산소관련 기본간호술기에 대한 자가평가 역량 측정도구 개발 = Development of a Measuring Scale for Nursing Student’ Self-test Competency on Basic Nursing Skills Related Oxygen

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to develop a self-test competency scale for the basic nursing skills related to oxygen in nursing students and to verify the validity and reliability. Participants were 318 nursing students in Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, Busan and Daegu. The data was collected from November 19, 2018 to December 27, 2018. The preliminary question was 26 items and validity of contents was by 10 expert groups. The final developed self-test competency scale was a 5-point Likert scale with a total of 25 items. The items were 'Common' 4 items, 'Peripheral oxygen saturation measurement and Eelectrocardiogram' 4 items, 'Oxygen therapy using nasal cannula' 4 items, 'Endotracheal suctioning' 7 items, and 'Management of tracheostomy care' 7 items. The results of factor analysis showed that 44.1% of all variables, 10.6% of 'Endotracheal suctioning', 7.9% of ‘Common’, 6.0% of 'Peripheral oxygen saturation measurement and Eelectrocardiogram', 4.1%. of 'Oxygen therapy using nasal cannula'. The results of this study are expected to be an indicator of the effectiveness of the education program for the improvement of oxygen related basic nursing skills of nursing students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 간호대학생의 산소와 관련된 기본간호술기에 대한 자가평가역량을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 참가자들은 전남, 경남, 부산, 대구지역의 간호대학생 318명이고, 자료수집기간은 2018년 11월 19일부터 12월 27일까지이다. 예비문항은 총 26문항이었고 10명의 전문가 집단에 의해 내용타당도가 검증되었다. 최종 개발된 자가평가역량 측정도구는 총 25문항의 5점 Likert 척도로‘공통’4문항, ‘말초산소포화도 측정과 심전도적용’4문항, ‘비강캐뉼라를 이용한 산소요법’3문항,‘기관내 흡인’7문항,‘기관절개관 관리’7문항으로 구성되었다. 요인분석결과, ‘기관절개관 관리’는 전체 변량을 44.1%, ‘기관내 흡인’은 10.6%, ‘공통’은 7.9%, ‘말초산소포화도 측정과 심전도 적용’는 6.0%, ‘비강캐뉼라를 이용한 산소요법’은 4.1%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰도 분석결과, Cronbach’s 는 ‘공통’ .89, ‘말초산소포화도 측정과 심전도 적용’ .85,‘비강캐뉼라를 이용한 산소요법’ .90, ‘기관내 흡인’ .91, ‘기관절개관 관리’ .92로 전체 신뢰도는 .94로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 간호대학생의 산소관련 기본간호술기 역량 향상을 위한 교육프로그램의 효과를 확인하는 연구에서 평가지표가 되기를 기대한다.
