Though much research on disabled tourist market has been conducted, most of them ignored the dynamic nature of the disability. The purpose of this study was twofolds: to investigate different roles of tourist motivation types(i.e., push and pull) on the disabled tourists' decision making types(i.e., travel intention formation and destination choice) and to identify the differences of the importance of each type of motivation in each decision making among groups divided by travel career. To accomplish the purpose, a self-administered questionnaire was developed and distributed to conveniently selected sample of people with disability. Data was collected at several places in Busan from Mar. 23, 2013 to Apr. 20, 2013. A total of 197 usable responses were analyzed through descriptive analysis, principal component analysis, reliability analysis, and oneway of variance analysis with LSD post-hoc test. Major findings were: first, generally push-related motivations were given higher importance than pull-related motivations in case of travel intention formation; second, except one pull-related motivation(i.e., easily accesible to the destination), push-related motivations were also given high importance in destination choice; third, in case of travel intention formation, no significant di
