      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Purpose: This study aims to design chatbot for Recognizing on Self based on Career Anchor. Method: A study was conducted by applying the design and development research methodology of Richey and Klein (2007). For this purpose, First, based on the career anchor theory, core values, learning activities, and processes for 'Recognizing on Self' were identified. Second, the tasks of the chatbot were identified and the chatbot structure was designed. Third, chatbot applied RNN algoritm was derived after expert review. Afterward a use case was presented. Results: Design of chatbot for recognizing on self was derived, which is applied RNN algoritm. Conclusion: By presenting a series of processes for applying AI technology in the area of career development, it is meaningful to suggest a methodology for designing chatbot.
