사회적기업의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -경기도 안양 지역을 중심으로- = A Study on the Revitalization of Social Enterprises -In Anyang, Gyeonggi Region-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유럽이나 미국은 비영리단체들이 국가나 지방장부, 기업이 제공하지 못한 사회서비스를 지역주민에게 제공하면서 자연스럽게 사외적기업이 발달한 것과는 달리, 한국 사회적기어버의 성장은 정부가 고용창출을 목적으로 인건비와 운영비를 지원해주는 정책으로 진행되어 왔기 때문에 본래 사회적기업의 의미를 국민들에게 정확히 전달해주지 못하고 있다. 사외적기업에 대한 정확한 인식이 자리잡지 못한 상황에서 법률·제도상의 미비, 고용상의 재원과 전문성의 부족 등의 문제로 이어지고 있는 것이 지금의 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업에 대한 올바른 이해와 비판을 바탕으로 우리나라에 적합한 사회적기업의 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Social enterprises in Europe and America have been able to be developed naturally because Non-profit organization provided social services, which companies hadn`t supplied to local residents. While, social enterprises in korea have been incorrectly developed due to the policy that supplied labor costing and operating expenses for creation of jobs, which has made people not to have precise opinion about the essential meaning of social enterprise. In this situation, it has lead the problems such as limit on employ. The lack of resources and expertise, institutional inertia. To solve those problems, we will be finding the appropriate directions of development in social enterprise in Korea based on correct understanding and criticize about social enterprise in this study.
