재벌내 지식공유 유형이 계열사 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라 62개 재벌 그룹 내 325개 계열사를 대상으로 조직학습이론을 이용하여 기업집단 수준에서의 지식공유 유형이 계열사 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 재벌 내 탐색적(explorative) 기술혁신 지식공유는 계열사 성과에 유의하지 않은 영향을 미침에 반해, 개발적(exploitative) 기술혁신 지식공유는 긍정적이며 유의미한 영향을 미치는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 급진적(radical) 및 점진적(incremental) 경영혁신 지식공유는 모두 기업성과와 긍정적이고 유의미한 관계를 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 재벌 내 급진적 경영혁신과 점진적 경영혁신 간에 적절한 균형을 이루고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과들은 종합적으로 기업집단 수준에서 기술혁신 공유보다는 경영혁신 공유가 더 역동적으로 지식공유의 적절한 균형을 나타냄을 시사한다.
