국가 교육과정에 대한 교육 전문가의 문제 인식과 변화 요구 = An Analysis of the Perceptions of the Issues of National Curriculum & Needs of Curriculum Change

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The personal perspective about public education is very diverse and the collective interests are directly related to the process of national curriculum change. So the process of national curriculum amendment is very difficult and complicated. Due to this difficulties, the importance of agreement has been emphasized in the process of curriculum change. The purpose of this study is to identify the perception and needs of curriculum change focused on the overall framework of national curriculum, the number of compulsory subjects and the autonomy of curriculum organization and implementation at each school site Delphi technique to 35 educational specialists and in-depth interview to 25 school teachers were performed to accomplish these research objectives. Dominent opinions of panel can be summarized as the change of dual framework of subject-matter curriculum & activities-based curriculum, the reduction of the number of compulsory subjects and the needs of strengthened autonomy for the organization of discretional activities and extra-curricular activities. The difficult task of reduction of the number of compulsory subjects will be approached to the coordination of the substantial number of compulsory subjects per each semester.
