물류조직요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on Influences of Logistics Organization Element on Management Performance

Due to change in recognition about logistics and logistics environment in customer’s aspect, strengthening price competitiveness is essential for a company and various cost reduction is required. Accordingly, to improve management performance, it should be necessary to secure competitiveness in logistics field, to recognize situation of logistics organization, reduce logistics cost, and optimize logistics. This study aims to test mutual influences in improving management performances through securing competitiveness in logistics field, recognizing importance of logistics organization, reduction of logistics cost, reduction of logistics sale cost, and optimization of integrated logistics management system that can bring improvement of logistics service.
The study results are as follows. logistics organization elements such as support of logistics information system by CEO, integration of logistics decision making have correlation with financial performance(.3705**, .3327**), Non－financial performance(.3240**, .2283*). Structural element of logistics organization such as support of CEO and integration of decision making showed significant difference with management performance. Portion of logistics strategy when establishing plan to reduce logistics cost showed significant difference with financial performance(.4610**), Non－financial performance(.2853**) and the strategy also affected financial performance.
Accordingly, above all, it would be important to use integrated logistics management system through efficient connection to procurement function, sale function, accounting function etc., which can make realize reasonable logistics management and its automation. Success of logistics cost reduction in a company depends on securing excellent specialty personnel. Therefore, CEO should invest much on education and training so that person in charge of logistics in a company can be equipped with professional knowledge and experiences.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

고객측면에서 물류에 대한 인식, 물류환경 변화로 기업은 가격경쟁력 강화가 필수적이며, 각종 경비절감이 요청되고 있다. 따라서 물류분야의 경쟁력확보와 물류조직 상황들을 인식하고 물류비용의 절감과 물류최적화로 경영성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 물류분야의 경쟁력확보와 물류조직의 중요성을 인식하고 물류비용의 절감, 물류판매비 절감 그리고 물류서비스 향상을 수반하는 통합물류관리시스템의 최적화로 경영성과를 향상시키는데 있어 상호간의 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 물류조직요인인 최고경영자의 물류정보시스템의 지원, 물류 의사결정의 통합화는 재무적 성과(.3705**, .3327**), 비재무적 성과(.3240**, .2283*)에 상관관계가 있고, 공식적인 물류원가절감 계획수립은 재무적 성과(.4610**), 비재무적 성과(.2853**)에 유의한 차이와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 물류조직의 구조요인으로 최고경영자의 지원, 의사결정의 통합화는 경영성과에 유의한 차이가 있고 물류원가 절감 계획 수립시 물류전략 비중은 재무적성과에 유의한 차이가 있고 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 물류관리의 합리화와 자동화를 실현되는연결기능은 조달기능, 판매기능, 회계기능 등의 효율적인 연계를 통한 통합물류관리시스템이 활용이 무엇보다 중요하다. 기업 내 물류비 절감의 성공여부는 우수한 전문 인력 확보에 있기 때문에 최고경영자는 사내 물류담당자들이 전문적인 지식과 경험을 갖출 수 있도록 교육훈련에 많은 투자를 하여야 할 것이다.
