중등교사 현직연수 '교육학' 프로그램 개선방안 탐색 = An Exploration of 'Educational Theories' in In-service Training for Secondaryh School Teachers

This study was to explore problems and identify developmental directions of 'educational theories' in in-service training for secondary school teachers.
The specific questions addressed in this study were :
First, what was the most important significance on 'educational theories' in in-service training for secondary school teachers?
Second. what kinds of developmental strategies could be proposed for the future training programs of 'educational theories' ?
The specific conclusions of this study were as follows:
1. The most important implication of 'educational theories' was to give school teachers the practical help for teaching and learning.
2. The concrete objectives of 'educational theories' in in-service training should be prepared in accordance with the characteristics of various programs.
3. Topics and contents of the curriculum should be constructed on the basis of the purposes of teacher training
4. In accordance with diverse educational objectives and contents, the various methods such as reflective teaching, experimental learning, group discussion learning, and sensitivity training should be utilized.
5. Self-directed learning should be a major factor in the principle of the in-service training for secondary school teachers.
